Beatrice Hodgkin

Beatrice Hodgkin is Editor of House & Home , the Financial Times’ weekly property and lifestyle section, where she oversees coverage of interiors, design, architecture, gardens, property and the way people live now. She was appointed to the role in 2024, following her previous position as Deputy Editor of HTSI , the FT’s luxury lifestyle magazine. A London-based journalist and editor, she has written widely on art, design, collecting and culture, bringing a sharp editorial eye and a deep interest in contemporary taste and the built environment to her work. She is also the author of Affordable Contemporary Art , a guide to buying and collecting contemporary art.
