Becky Shields

As a member of Moore Kingston Smith's Senior Leadership Team, Becky leads the firm's AI strategy, driving governance, tooling, training and firm-wide adoption across every service line. She was among the first in the profession to roll out generative AI at scale and now helps organisations do the same, automating operations, strengthening finance functions and freeing teams to focus on work that requires judgement. Becky led the design and development of MKS Cohere and CARE, the firm's award-winning AI platforms, and sits on the ICAEW Technology Faculty Board. A regular voice in the trade press, she writes and speaks on AI, data strategy and digital upskilling.
