Ben Adams

Ben Adams is a chartered accountant and founder of Ben Adams Finance, a fractional finance team for seed to Series A startups. Over the past six months he's rebuilt how his team works around AI tooling, including bringing in a part-time developer to build internal automations and tools. The practice provides accountancy, bookkeeping and fractional FD support to a portfolio of UK founder-led businesses, mostly in e-commerce, D2C and tech. Ben has spent the last three years building out the fractional finance team model. He trained in tax at Mazars and left for the startup world as soon as he qualified, going on to be a director at Ask the BOSS and senior finance roles at Claimer and Trade Ledger. In each role he worked alongside product and engineering teams on product-market fit and raising investment.
