Ben Weatherall

Ben brings over 15 years of experience in sports turf, agronomy, and grounds management to his regional pitch advisor role at the GMA. His career has included senior roles in the hybrid sports turf industry, and direct involvement at iconic sporting venues, such as Stamford Bridge, the Etihad Stadium, the Ibrox Stadium, and Headingley. In his current role, within the GMA's Pitch Advisory Service, Ben helps rugby league clubs at all levels to make practical, evidence-based improvements to their facilities – by sharing his expertise in pitch performance, irrigation, drought management and practical grounds maintenance.
