Bérengère Papin

Bérengère Papin leads ESG Performance at Eramet. She oversees the deployment of Eramet’s sustainability roadmap and responsible mining programme, aligned with the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA) standard. With over 15 years of experience in the mining, metallurgy and energy sectors, she has developed expertise in bridging strategic transformation with operational excellence and sustainable development. Before joining Eramet’s sustainability leadership team, she led operational and digital transformation initiatives across several business units. Bérengère graduated in nuclear engineering from ENSTA and in mineral economics from IFP School and the Colorado School of Mines.
