Bob Morrell runs Reality Training - who deliver change programmes for brands such as Octopus Energy, Sky and B&Q, in the UK and internationally. He and Jeremy Blake (co-speaker) were originally actors and now have a team of 16 trainers and coaches who develop thousands of people every year.
