His work focuses on intelligence-led decision making, geopolitical risk, investigations, market entry strategy, crisis management and organisational resilience. Over the past decade, Bob has advised senior executives, boards and government stakeholders on some of the most challenging commercial, reputational and security issues facing organisations today. His experience spans frontier and emerging markets across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa, with particular expertise in navigating political uncertainty, conflict-affected environments and rapidly evolving risk landscapes.
