Brett Saltzman is a partner in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focuses his practice on advising private fund sponsors on all aspects of the investment management industry, including forming, marketing and managing investment vehicles, launching new business lines, establishing internal economic and governance arrangements at the sponsor level, and other operational, legal and regulatory issues at both the fund and sponsor level.
