Callum Stayton

Callum Stayton is a Senior Associate Director for Data and Advisory at Jacobs, where he acts as the firm's primary point of contact for Artificial Intelligence, leading AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption across the business. Alongside this, he works directly with clients, leading large scale data and AI programmes across national infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, and media, advising senior stakeholders on data strategy and AI enabled decision making. Callum led the client facing data discovery and maturity assessment for the Environment Agency's Thames Estuary 2100 programme, using AI and Natural Language Processing to analyse stakeholder feedback at scale and shape a long term data management roadmap for one of the UK's largest climate adaptation initiatives.
