Caprice Roberts

Caprice Roberts is a Senior Social Value Manager at Amey, where she is leading the organisation’s approach to prison leaver employment across its operations and supply chain. Her work focuses on creating real, sustainable pathways into employment and reducing reoffending through partnership, opportunity and long‑term support. Caprice’s passion for rehabilitation is deeply rooted in her own career journey. She began her working life as a Prison Officer, giving her first‑hand insight into the realities of the justice system and the structural barriers people face on release. She later moved into the third sector, working with organisations such as Beam and Inside Job, supporting people with convictions to rebuild confidence, skills and livelihoods. At Amey, Caprice brings this frontline perspective to national programmes that support individuals both in custody and in the community.
