Cara Baestlein

Cara Baestlein is Product Director at Aiven, focused on their Runtime product: enabling developers to ship apps and agents with Aiven. Cara has spent the last ten years in product and go-to-market roles at data companies. Previously, she led product for data observability, quality and catalog at Ataccama, and was Head of Product at Quix, a platform for hardware data. She first joined Aiven in 2021 to build out its product-led growth team, helping developers get started with its open source data services. Earlier, at Snowplow, she was a founding solutions architect and later a product manager working on data collection and modeling.
