Carly is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 20 years of experience in the veterinary profession and has a particular passion for surgical nursing and dentistry. As a practice owner, Carly combines her clinical experience with a strong focus on leadership, team development and the advancement of veterinary nursing. She is a passionate advocate for recognising and maximising the skills of Registered Veterinary Nurses, championing their development and empowerment. Through her work, Carly is committed to challenging perceptions of the veterinary nursing role, promoting greater utilisation of RVN skills to help shape a progressive future for the profession.
