Caroline Jones

Caroline Jones, CFP®, is a Leadership & Organizational Coach and founder of Crown Coaching & Consulting. In 2018, Caroline entered the wealth management industry as someone else’s succession partner. After watching advisors struggle to retire themselves, Caroline created an innovative group coaching program to guide the process of succession planning, including the often-overlooked human aspects: identity, purpose, grief, and legacy. It’s now the subject of her graduate research at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focuses on translating academic insights into practical tools to help rewrite how the industry lets go. Caroline earned a B.S. in Business Administration from King’s College, an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning, and will be graduating in December with an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
