Caroline Nègre

After studying Mathematics at the London School of Economics (LSE) and Cambridge, I began my career in finance. I then transitioned to the early years sector at the end of 2021 to grow our family nurseries, a venture inspired by the memory of our late son, Raphael. My current role is both challenging and deeply rewarding, focusing on a sector that is fundamental to shaping children's futures. It is fulfilling to work daily with a wonderful team who works so hard to create a loving and thriving environment for all our children. I am passionate about confronting the industry's pervasive challenges and fostering collaboration to find solutions that will reinvigorate the early years profession.
