Cat Lawson

Lawson oversees the global development and production of unscripted content. Based in the UK, she is responsible for driving the creation of new IP, with a focus on studio entertainment, large-scale competition formats and reality programming for linear and SVoD platforms. She joined Vice Studios from Remarkable Entertainment, part of Banijay UK, where she was joint managing director and a key creative force, serving as showrunner and executive producer across a range of high-profile entertainment shows, including music reality series Building the Band for Netflix US, which she co-created and helped develop. Lawson also served as executive producer on All Together Now, Ready Steady Cook, Sunday Brunch and two series of ITV's Starstruck, and, most recently, on the reboot of Deal or No Deal for ITV, which was recommissioned for an extended run.
