Catherine Owen

Cathy Owen is Chair, President and CEO of State Holding Company, the holding company for Eagle Bank & Trust Company in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Executive Chair of the bank. She began her career at the bank as a teenager and has served in nearly every role there, including president and CEO. She chaired the Arkansas Bankers Association in 2018-2019 and has held several roles on ABA's Board and Executive Committee. She was elected ABA Chair for the 2026-2027 association year.
