Charles Lowe

Charles has an extensive background in digital health. He is CEO of the free-to-join Digital Health & Care Alliance (DHACA), and is a Past President of the Royal Society of Medicine’s Digital Health Section. Recent work includes assessing 40 apps for the NHS app library before it was discontinued. Awarded the Royal College of Physicians’s Ella Pringle medal in 2019, he now Chairs Age UK Ealing, and until recently he was also Chair of Citizens Online, the digital inclusion charity.
