Charles Richards is responsible for the digital agenda at Azets, working across the firm’s technology and client servicing landscape. He has extensive experience in business strategy, digital technology, and end-to-end service design, having also held roles in financial services, TMT, public sector, automotive, and real estate. Charles is passionate about digital innovation and improving user experience while maximising commercial value, and will be hosting a roundtable on demystifying AI in professional services.
