Charlie Proctor

Charlie is Senior Manager, Data and AI Governance at Kubrick, where he leads a team of data quality specialists delivering into client environments across sectors including retail, manufacturing, insurance and aviation. Since joining Kubrick in 2020, he has worked across client engagements including John Lewis Partnership, where he served as a Data Management Analyst, before returning to lead within Kubrick's advanced consulting team and stepping into his current leadership role in September 2025. A DAMA Certified Data Management Professional, Charlie brings a consultant's view across multiple industries to the practical question of what makes data trustworthy enough to build AI on top of, from governance and quality foundations through to where AI agents now fit into that picture.
