Chelsie Bailey

Chelsie is a recognised and celebrated bartender that has accumulated 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a dedicated focus on cocktails for the past 17 years. Her career took off while managing top bars in Bristol such as Filthy XIII and The Milk Thistle which provided a platform for her to compete in national and global cocktail competitions. Chelsie has represented the UK in four global competitions, with the most notable being Bacardi Legacy, where she achieved a top eight finish in the global competition. Following her success in the Legacy global final, Chelsie relocated to London, assuming a managerial role at Happiness Forgets, recognised as one of the World's 50 Best Bars and winning numerous awards at Tales of Cocktails. After a tenure of two and a half years at Happiness Forgets, she was then offered the position of head bartender at the American Bar at The Savoy.
