Chevon Henry is the Founder and CEO of Bright Unicorns Digital, the company behind BUD, an intelligence-led platform designed to support every child, with a particular focus on earlier identification of emerging needs and helping early years professionals build a clearer, more connected understanding of each child. Having worked across multiple children's charities for many years, Chevon brings experience in organisational development and an understanding of how technology and connected information can help organisations work more effectively and improve outcomes for the people they support. Through the development of BUD, she has spent the past few years engaging with early years professionals and sector specialists to understand the practical challenges surrounding SEND, intervention planning, evidence and information-sharing. Chevon is passionate about using technology to strengthen, rather than replace, professional judgement, helping practitioners know sooner, understand more clea
