Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in claims handling, claims operations, catastrophe response, process improvement, and claims technology initiatives. As a Claims Project & Field Claims Supervisor, Chip leverages his deep claims knowledge to lead strategic projects, support field operations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. He serves as a Texas Farm Bureau Claims Product Owner (PO), helping bridge business needs and technology solutions to enhance claim handling efficiency and customer service.
