Chris Hallmark

Chris has more than 35 years’ experience in management and consulting across sectors including manufacturing, financial services, utilities, healthcare, education and entertainment. After developing expertise in world-class manufacturing, he moved into operations and service management consulting in 1999 and helped grow a boutique consultancy from £4 million to more than £30 million turnover. Since semi-retiring in 2023, Chris has focused on supporting the charity and education sectors. He works with Pilotlight, providing consultancy support to charities, and is a trustee of East Midlands Academy Trust. A specialist in operational excellence (OpEx), Chris has spent over 20 years designing and delivering programmes that improve customer experience, productivity, quality, risk management and cost efficiency.
