Christian Chodecki is the Founder and CEO of Custom Toys UK, a company helping organisations turn brands, mascots and ideas into physical characters people actually remember. With 12 years of experience in character design and manufacturing, Christian has overseen more than 1,500 successful brand projects and the creation of over 2.5 million toys! Since founding Custom Toys UK in 2015, he has worked with everyone from Diddly Squat Farm and Ed Sheeran to AO and Dulux to use characters for far more than traditional merchandise, targeting exhibition engagement, customer acquisition, brand building, as well as supporting retail and internal campaigns. Christian is particularly interested in the strange but useful fact that people often form stronger connections with a fictional creature than they do with a corporate logo. Fortunately, he has built a business around it.
