I am a highly motivated, dedicated, and professional ambassador for wine and the wine industry. I have an extensive breadth and depth of wine knowledge, acquired initially through a simple love of wine and developed considerably through the Master of Wine (MW) programme, from a desire for a deeper understanding of the product and the industry. I achieved my goal of becoming a Master of Wine in August 2021. In addition I have 15 years of experience in the industry, gained through several varied and challenging roles. Originally qualifying with BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry and training as an Analytical Chemist with GlaxoSmithKline, I made a career move to the wine industry through founding a wine training company. The wine school has become a well-respected provider of WSET courses in Scotland.
