My career spans Marketing, Data, and Engineering, giving me a broad perspective on how technology, data, and customer insight come together to solve real business problems. I began in marketing before moving into technical roles as a Marketing Solutions Lead and later a Principal Engineer before transitioning into organisational leadership. Today, as Head of Data Platforms at Moonpig, I lead the teams that transform raw data into trusted data products, enabling data-driven decision-making and machine learning across the business. A key part of my role is driving organisational change—raising engineering standards, improving processes, and partnering across Technology, Data Protection, and Risk to build secure, scalable platforms and high-performing teams. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for others to thrive through apprenticeships, mentoring, and inclusive hiring.
