Specialist Project Lead: Gloucestershire Assistive Technology Lending Library, Gloucestershire County Council

Clare is an experienced education professional, qualified as a secondary school teacher, SENCo and Communication & Interaction (C&I) Specialist Teacher. Formerly Head of Service for Gloucestershire’s Advisory Teaching Team, she was appointed in 2025 to establish and lead Gloucestershire’s Assistive Technology Lending Library, supporting the development of accessible and inclusive technology provision for children and young people.
