Clare Wrightson

Clare Wrightson is the Data Governance Director at Everway, a fast-growing technology company building solutions for dyslexia, ADHD, and autism to ensure everyone can understand and be understood. Bringing over 20 years of experience in Customer facing, Risk, Data and Technology roles in a Financial Services setting, Clare is currently building Everway’s data governance function. In a rapidly scaling environment, her core focus is embedding data-by-design principles and rigorous data quality standards into the foundation of product development and platform architecture. Alongside her corporate role, she volunteers on the Advisory Board for FemTech North, leveraging her technical background to address health data equity and support emerging founders. Clare combines a problem-solver’s instinct with practical execution, bridging the gap between high-growth innovation, governance, and ethical, high-quality data management ensuring focus on customer and colleague outcomes.
