With a background in food chemistry, Claudia co-founded FlavoLogic in 2011, an aroma technology company dedicated to redefining how aromas are captured and preserved in food and beverages. There, she co-invented a proprietary resin-based technology capable of recovering volatile aroma compounds with exceptional precision. Successfully applied to wine in 2019, this breakthrough laid the foundation for Solos’ Aroma Recovery System and opened new possibilities for quality in the No & Low Alcohol category.
