Claudine Pohl is the Founder and CEO of Lemoneight Consulting, an Atlantic Canada–based firm helping destinations strengthen their tourism and cruise business through training, strategic partnerships, marketing and destination storytelling. With experience across more than 70 countries, Claudine brings a global perspective and a human-to-human approach to connecting people, places and opportunities. Her work spans governments, cruise lines and frontline tourism teams, helping turn local stories into memorable guest experiences. A keynote speaker, panel moderator and host of the Cruise Convos podcast, Claudine is known for her high-energy, interactive sessions and practical insights. Under her leadership, Lemoneight became the cruise industry’s first ITOL-accredited training centre. She was named among Seatrade Cruise Global’s Top 40 Under 40 and became the first cruise professional elected to the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s Allied Board.
