He specialises in customer experience, AI enabled transformation, operational excellence and commercial leadership, helping organisations simplify complexity, identify & remove friction, improve performance and deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues alike. Alongside his executive career, Colin is a Trustee for the Autism East Midlands, reflecting his passion for inclusion, accessibility and creating services that work for everyone.
