Conner Williams

Conner Williams leads Treasury for Diamondback Energy and Viper Energy Partners, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and corporate finance. He joined the company in 2023, following roles at Paycom and Devon Energy. A graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, Conner earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance. He also competed as a member of the university’s baseball team as a starting pitcher. In 2026, Conner was recognized as an Adam Smith Award winner. Conner lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife and their two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and spending time with his family.
