Constance d’Aspremont

Constance d'Aspremont is Investment Director at Top Tier Access (TTA), a Brussels-based private equity fund of funds. TTA gives family offices, multi-family offices and high-net-worth investors access to top-tier buyout funds in Europe and North America. Constance began her career as an investment manager at ING. She then joined McKinsey & Company, and later BNP Paribas, where she specialised in corporate strategy, M&A, post-merger integration and large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on digital, AI and sustainability. She went on to lead technology start-ups in sustainable finance and governance, then returned to investing with TTA. She serves on the boards of several organisations. These include Banque Transatlantique Belgique, a private bank, where she chairs the Risk & Audit Committee, and BIO, the Belgian State's development finance institution, where she sits on the Audit Committee.
