Hi, I'm Corinne Richardson, and I've worked at the Department for Education for just over six years. I am the Head of Data Transformation, leading the delivery of strategic data transformation across the department to ensure data is trusted, accessible and ready to support better decisions, services and outcomes for children and learners. With more than 25 years' experience in data and digital delivery, I have led the design and implementation of major transformational data services across education. My work has focused on modernising data platforms, establishing delivery capability, embedding agile ways of working, driving automation, and creating sustainable operating models that enable innovation at scale. I currently lead delivery of the DfE Data Spine, a foundational programme that is creating a modern, connected data architecture for the department, enabling improved data sharing, interoperability and insight across education services.
