Courtnay McLeod FRSA, FHEA founded Bauer Academy more than a decade ago with a vision to transform professional education, creating innovative learning solutions that better meet the evolving needs of employers, individuals, and the modern workplace. Previously a Visiting Professor in Media Convergence, Teaching Fellow, and Academic Advisor, Courtnay left Higher Education to set up Bauer Academy which has grown into a multi-million-pound business, supporting more than 25,000 learners and partnering with over 100 organisations to deliver high-impact work-based learning solutions. As Managing Director, Courtnay oversees all UK operations while leading strategic projects across Europe, shaping the future of workforce development and organisational learning.
