Craig Fretwell

Craig Fretwell is the Global Director of the Rackspace Cyber Defence Centre, where he leads globally distributed security operations teams supporting complex enterprise environments. He is the creator of the Rackspace AI Security Engine, focused on applying AI practically to threat detection, investigation and response at scale. A four-time Microsoft Security MVP, Craig is a regular speaker and contributor on evidence-led threat hunting and modern SOC operating models. He has contributed to Microsoft security initiatives, including the Azure Threat Research Matrix.
