Craig Lippett

Craig Lippett MSc brings nearly four decades of aviation experience to how safety evidence unlocks operations. He began as an Air Traffic Control Officer in the RAF, serving over twenty years — including a deployment to Afghanistan as a Battlespace Manager, controlling coalition RPAS such as Predator — grounding a career in regulation, airspace and assurance. Since entering the commercial UAS sector over fifteen years ago, his work has centred on operational safety cases and their implementation. He has delivered over forty OSC and SORA applications, built and audited numerous Safety Management Systems for UAS businesses, and held safety, quality and compliance leadership across a UK drone OEM, a service-delivery start-up and a CAA-registered training organisation.
