Dan Hope

Dan Hope is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Proloco, a new Manchester restaurant built around pizza, seasonal plates and wine, born from a partnership with Richard Carver, the man behind the iconic Honest Crust Sourdough Pizza. Dan has founded and run several hospitality businesses and is also Co-Founder and MD of events company Rainy Heart, where he just about manages to keep his head whilst running raves in abandoned shopping malls and liminal club spaces. At Proloco, Dan leads the business day to day, with a particular focus on operations, finance, technology and the guest experience. He is interested in how independent hospitality businesses can use technology intelligently without allowing it to get in the way of hospitality itself.
