Daniele Arcangeli is an award-winning Italian sommelier, wine buyer, and hospitality professional with more than two decades of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hospitality venues in Europe and the United Kingdom. Currently serving as Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer at Ekstedt at The Yard in London, Daniele leads the wine programme and pairing strategy, combining technical wine expertise with a strong understanding of guest experience and commercial wine performance. Originally from Tuscany, Daniele built his career through some of the world’s most respected dining institutions, including The Fat Duck, 67 Pall Mall, Angler, and The River Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. His extensive experience in fine dining, premium wine curation, and beverage leadership has earned him widespread industry recognition, including Best Sommelier of Tuscany in 2012 and Best Sommelier of Italy in 2015.
