Danielle Roman

Danielle is the Managing Partner of Mourant's Hong Kong office and Practice Leader of the Asia Banking and Finance team, having practiced in Asia for over 20 years. Danielle is widely recognised as the leading offshore fund finance lawyer in the APAC market. She has a wealth of expertise in representing banks and private credit providers on a range of loan solutions including subscription credit facilities, hybrids, NAVs and GP/Management facilities. Danielle is on the global board of the Fund Finance Association and chair of the APAC Executive Committee and is also a board member of Women in Fund Finance. Danielle has been recognised for her work in fund finance through various awards, including the Dee Dee Sklar Women in Fund Finance Award.
