David Pascoe

David joined Cartus in 1999 and has held a number of key senior management positions. Based in the UK, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and part of Cartus’ executive leadership team, David is responsible for Cartus offices in EMEA, APAC, and South America. In addition to leading the teams supporting some of Cartus’ largest clients, David also leads several strategic initiatives, including our continuous improvement program. This ongoing analysis of our technology and service capabilities has been instrumental in developing our proprietary centralized mobility hub, MovePro360®, and integrated core/flex solution, Benefits Builder, among other technology innovations. David also serves as executive sponsor for Cartus’ sustainability initiative, with formal qualifications in leading sustainable business and membership on industry-wide sustainability boards, including the Worldwide ERC® Sustainability Council.
