David Pellerin

David is a treasury professional with more than 18 years ofglobal treasury and financial market experience in multinational public andprivate companies. He has a great ability to strategize, plan and executeprojects in several areas like capital structure, treasury, risks and workingcapital management. He actively helped with the implementation of a USD 2.5B USCP program at Circle K parent’s company, Alimentation Couche-Tard and managesthe program since its beginning in May 2022. David has been a volunteer at Nature-Action Quebec for manyyears and sits as President of the Board of Directors since 2016 where heprovides leadership, financial knowledge and risks management guidance for thisenvironmental, not-for-profit, consulting firm of more than 200 employees.
