David Stertzer

David Stertzer is an insurance industry leader, entrepreneur, and executive with more than three decades of experience spanning insurance, public policy, employee benefits, and health innovation. He served as CEO of AALU for 33 years, helping establish it as a leading policy and advocacy voice for life insurance and annuity distribution. He has worked extensively with carriers, advisors, producers, and financial-services organizations. Today, David is a co- founder, investor, and board-level leader at Kadance, where he brings strategic, financial, governance, and partnership expertise to the company’s growth.
