Dean Dulchinos

Dean Dulchinos is Managing Director and Group Head of Real Estate Debt (“RED”) at ORIX Corporation USA. He oversees the Real Estate Investment Strategies group, as well as the Hilco Global Real Estate Finance platform based in the U.S. and Europe. He is responsible for expanding ORIX USA’s third party commercial real estate (“CRE”) credit asset management business and serves as a Portfolio Manager developing and managing investment products that leverage the firm’s real estate businesses. He also works with ORIX USA’s Investor Solutions team to grow the firm’s investor base and product offerings. He joined the firm in 2024 and is based in New York. Mr. Dulchinos has over 20 years of experience building and managing global CRE debt platforms. Before joining ORIX USA, he served as Head of Debt Portfolio Management and was a voting member of the debt investment committee at AEW Capital Management where he was focused on growing a new CRE debt platform.
