Dean Waugh is Founder and Creative Director of Retail Experience Design, a specialist commercial interior design agency. With more than 25 years in the design industry, Dean has helped businesses create physical environments that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness and commercial performance. More recently, Dean has been working with community pharmacies to create environments that support the changing role of modern community healthcare, helping pharmacy teams make better use of their space to improve patient journeys, deliver evolving services and maximise the potential of their physical environment.
