Deborah Spencer

Dr Deborah Spencer has worked in the life sciences sector for over 22 years. She is a highly skilled partnerships and engagement leader. Deborah worked in a senior role within the University of Oxford until the end of 2024. Now she works as a consultant and recently started working for Advanced Research Clusters where she is developing the Health and Tech Clusters in West London. Working with partners she is helping companies accelerate their growth.
