With over 24 years in pharmaceuticals and industry, I am a purpose-driven leader dedicated to patient impact and organizational transformation. Following early experience at Volkswagen and Accenture, I spent over two decades at Bayer Pharma, advancing from CDMO procurement to leading global supply management for Biotech, Radiology, and Steriles & Devices across Berlin, Basel, Barcelona, and Pittsburgh. Since 2023 I serve as a Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) Transformation Architect, designing agile operating models that empower networked teams. Additionally, as a Lecturer in Practice at Quadriga University Berlin, I bridge industry and academia—teaching supply chain / operations management , business / digital transformation and executive leadership.
