Dennis Jarosch

Dennis Jarosch is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Ripple and the CTO of Standard Custody & Trust Co., a NYDFS licensed digital asset custodian. At Ripple, he leads engineering across the company’s core product portfolio, including Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and RippleX. A builder and executive engineering leader, he specializes in creating world-class products and organizations at scale within the fintech and digital asset space. Prior to joining Ripple, Dennis spent a decade at Square (now Block), where he started as an engineer and grew into an executive role. Before joining Ripple, he was the Head of Payment Platform, leading product, design, and engineering for the payment services that power the Square ecosystem.
