Devin Gray

Dr Devin Gray is a GP and Clinical Lead for Digital Transformation at Wandsworth GP Federation CIC, where she has spent the last five years leading the adoption of digital tools across primary care, from patient record access, to total triage models and AI and automation. She brings a data-driven approach to understanding what genuinely works in practice. She is equally committed to ensuring that technology serves relational care rather than replacing it. More recently, her focus has shifted to digital safety and clinical governance, supporting practices across Wandsworth to meet DCB0160 standards and building a Community of Practice for Clinical Safety Officers in the process. At HETT 2026, Devin will be speaking on what actually drives successful AI and automation adoption in general practice--where the real work tends to lie in implementation and change management rather than the technology itself--and how we move beyond headline metrics to measure what genuinely makes a difference
