Dhiman Mondal

Dhiman Mondal is an Imaging Geophysicist with over 18 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry, specialising in seismic acquisition, processing and advanced imaging. Currently working at TGS in the UK, his expertise includes Full-Waveform Inversion (FWI), velocity model building, tomography and depth imaging. He has contributed to complex 2D and 3D projects across diverse geological settings, with particular expertise in Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) and multi-component seismic data. Earlier in his career, he conducted research in 4D seismic at the Edinburgh Time-Lapse Project. He has also authored and co-authored several technical publications presented at PETEX, EAGE and SEG conferences.
